At Custom Seal Roofing, customers may choose from two top quality membranes: PVC or TPO membranes.

Custom Seal uses the highest quality PVC membrane – with a proven record of performance in more than 15,000 roof applications covering over 300 million square feed. 

Knowing our customers’ concern for quality, we recommend PVC (a thermoplastic, fiber-reinforced polyvinyl chloride) for projects that call for tear, impact and puncture resistance plus the flexibility to allow for structural movement with no splits or cracks.  

The Custom Seal PVC membrane is available as roll goods (with all accessories in stock and ready to supply the job) or pre-fabricated, complete custom systems (expertly manufactured using laser-guided, factory seam welding for zero defects to ensure a leak-free application.)  

Custom Seal provides a full line of supplies and PVC accessories that are produced in-house. The PVC membrane comes in a variety of colors that are easy to install, aesthetically pleasing and appropriate for any-weather applications.
